Shipping policy

Shipping time:

Some of our items are shipped from our partners in different countries, your item may arrive within 2 to 29 business days after shipment. All our orders are shipped within 48 hours. Orders are prepared and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

How much does shipping cost?

We apply three flat rates on the shipping costs:

USA: 3,95 USD

Canada: 3,95 USD

UK and Europe: 3,95 USD

For any order over 49USD, you can benefit from free shipping by checking the free shipping box during the order validation.

Delivery address:

Please make sure to indicate an exact and valid delivery address. We will not be responsible for any failure to deliver in case of an inaccurate address, and we will not be able to proceed to a refund of the order.

Delayed Delivery:

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or guarantee that goods will be available for delivery. If an ordered item is unavailable, the customer will be notified as soon as possible of the situation, and the earliest possible shipping date. In this case, the customer will have the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

The proof of delivery will be that of the follow-up of your parcel. Any package marked as delivered by the logistics partner will be considered as such and cannot be contested.
