Refunds and return policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your product, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

All of our Products are covered by the legal warranty, provided they have been used under normal conditions and that the care instructions have been followed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

If you are within the 14 day return period, we offer 3 options:

– Exchange your item for a different size/color.

– Exchanges are only available for the same style size and/or color. Exchanging for a different product is strictly prohibited. We recommend that you return your original item for a refund and then place a new order for the product you want.

– Refund or voucher

By default, the refund method is a voucher. If you wish to receive a refund, please let us know.

Only the final price paid (after any discount) will be refunded.

Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued and are not refundable.

Replacement of an incorrect or defective item:

We are so sorry! Please email us at admin@soap-dispenser.co with the following details:

1.         Your order number

2.         Description of the problem (e.g. wrong / defective item)

3.         A photo or video

Product size or dimension error:

If the product has an obvious manufacturing error on the size and it prevents the product from being used, we will proceed with an exchange.

How can I get a refund for my product?

If you wish, we can send you a new product or replace it with another item of the same value.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Generally, refunds can take up to two weeks to process. All refunds must be verified for authenticity and submitted to our accounting department for processing.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially mailed.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

You should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
